The Way Martial Arts offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and related martial arts classes for adults and children at our academy in Lantana, FL. All services are subject to availability and instructor discretion.
3. Trial Classes
We offer complimentary trial classes. However, availability and scheduling are subject to change without notice. Trial classes do not guarantee ongoing enrollment.
4. Membership & Payments
All membership fees must be paid in advance. By signing up, you agree to our pricing and billing terms. We reserve the right to change pricing or membership structures at any time.
Late payments or bounced transactions may result in suspended access to classes or services.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or in-person) before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial periods or unused classes.
Private session cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid being charged.
6. Health & Safety
Participation in martial arts involves physical contact and risk of injury. By joining any class, you agree that:

You release The Way Martial Arts and its staff from liability related to injury or loss sustained during training.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone for safety reasons.
7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful, family-oriented environment. Students and visitors must:

Follow instructors’ directions at all times
Wear appropriate training gear
Avoid disruptive behavior
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from class or termination of membership.
